Promotion Period

The giveaway runs until the Texas Tires of Conroe grand opening event on July 11, 2026. The drawing is intended to take place during the event. Sponsor may adjust timing if needed because of weather, safety, technical issues, or event operations.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who can attend the event in person to claim a prize. Employees, owners, contractors, advertising partners, and immediate family or household members of Texas Tires of Conroe are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How To Enter

Complete the online entry form with accurate contact and vehicle information and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one base entry per person, email address, and phone number. Entries generated by automated tools, duplicate identities, incomplete information, or false information may be disqualified.

Social media actions, SMS reminders, financing applications, purchases, and paid services are optional and are not required for the base entry.

Bonus Entries

After entering, participants may receive a referral link. When a new eligible participant enters using that referral link, the referring participant receives three bonus entries. Bonus entries are added to the referring participant only after the referred participant submits an eligible, non-duplicate entry. Sponsor may reject suspected fake, duplicate, automated, or self-referral activity.

Bonus entries affect odds because the drawing is weighted by each eligible participant's one base entry plus awarded bonus entries.

Prizes

Prizes may include a wheel package, tire package, and lift kit package. Total advertised prize value is over $10,000. Actual prize value may vary by vehicle fitment, availability, selected size, installation needs, and substitutions. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Vehicle fitment, installation, alignment, taxes, title, registration, insurance, travel, and any expenses not expressly included are the winner's responsibility unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.

Winner Selection And Claiming

Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries. Winners must be present at the July 11, 2026 event, show valid photo ID, and respond when called. If a selected winner is not present, cannot be verified, refuses the prize, or is disqualified, Sponsor may draw an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and bonus entries received.

Publicity And Communications

By entering, participants consent to be contacted about the giveaway. SMS reminders are optional and sent only if selected; message and data rates may apply, and participants may opt out by replying STOP. Except where prohibited by law, winners may be asked to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, vehicle image, city, and prize information for event and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, any wheel or tire brand, or any vehicle manufacturer. By entering, participants release those platforms and brands from claims related to the giveaway.

General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or disqualify entries if fraud, technical issues, safety concerns, force majeure, or any other factor impairs the fairness or operation of the giveaway. Sponsor's decisions are final. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Official Rules.
